Yah I turned 17 on the 13th. Still doesn't feel like I'm 17 tho and I'd have been happy to stay 16 too. However, life is evil and it doesn't work that way. :sigh:
So, I figure since a another year of my life has vanished, and as I start a new one, I should change some things up. I suppose, as you can see, this journal is a start. Same images, just new colors. Actually I like reds better than blues anyway, so yah, ima go wiff eets heres
OH, if you are wondering, for my b-day I got clothes, money, gift cards, movie passes, a new iPod and a VERY hot and steamy night with my bf Cory. Which I won't be going into any details about here thank you very much. I'll say this tho, omg it was amazing!

lolly to voice my concerned about this bullshit they have in place now. Of course he didn't acknowledge it as he's too busy waisting time replying to idiots that are pissing and moaning over it instead of posting legitimate concerns.
"I turned 17 a couple days ago. I've had a bf for over a year now, and the things we have done with each other make anything I've ever seen posted on dA look tame. I don't need someone that doesn't know me dictating what I can and can't see especially when nothing I've ever seen on dA compares to what I see on the news everyday for example.
Instead of making this whole thing an issue and stirring everyone up like you have, perhaps making things safer for us minors against art theft is in order. Earlier this year I had a pic of myself stolen off dA and put on another website. It was a pedophile website that had pics of boys from approximately 7 to 17 years of age being put on display like meat for middle age to older men to leave their sick and disgusting comments on and to jack off too. And I wasn't the only one either, there were at least two other dA members I recognized that had their pics ripped off also. Thanks to the actions of my friends in =Vampyrwolf's chatroom, including Jason himself, the site was shut down. Ever since then, I've been extra careful about what I post and who it is that is adding me to their watchlists.
Yesterday I had someone I don't know add me, and after going to his main page, most of his gallery was blocked to me and there was virtually no information about him posted. Would having been able to see all his deviations tell me if he was trustworthy? Well, I guess I won't know for sure till I can view what it is he has in his gallery.
In my view, this filter is having the OPPOSITE effect of what it's intended for. A lot can be learned from looking at people's art whether it's mature or not. Having to click that "OK" button before was a pain, but I didn't mind it much. At least I could see and learn about people that way. I know =Raini-Tempest from #DAUnderworld too and like she, and Jason said, the way YouTube does it, or `Mrcrapinson's idea is perfectly acceptable. But please, don't cut us off, let us make up our own minds. We kids today aren't nearly as immature as most adults would like to think."But what did that get me, nothing. Not even a "shut up kid." Seriously though, if dA and others want to "protect" kids from shit, they need to have something set up to where our pics can't be ripped off and used as sex material for fucking pedophiles, and less time worrying about a few nude art pics. Jesus Christ, it's the human body, there's over 6 billion of them, of all ages, on the planet... its NOTHING special! Keeping kids from seeing them is NOT going to happen. Get the fuck over it already.
OK, a couple nights ago I was chillin in #DAUnderworld, it was almost 1am and I was getting sleepy. Cory was in bed out cold, and my dog Raze was snoozing on the bed too, it's normal for him. But anyway, all is quiet except for my music and the comp's keyboard as I type.
Next thing I know, I'm jumping out of my skin as Raze lets out this very loud, very deep and very "I'm going to kill you" bark, followed by a growl that I wouldn't want directed at me. I spin around in my comp chair and he's standing over a now terrified Cory. We look at each other and see that Raze is focused on the door of our bedroom. But of course, nothing was there.
Cory said, "Raze!" in a quiet voice, and the dog suddenly turned around, faced us and started wagging his tail and licked Cory's face. It's like "OK, I'm happy now!" leaving us staring at each other like what the hell was that! So, was there something at the door he sensed and didn't' like? I don't know, but I know one thing, when Raze is sleeping, its HARD to wake him up, but whatever it was this time, certainly got his attention. And ours too.
